What happens if something isn't right.
Change-of-mind returns
Every item is shown with clear photos and a full description so you can judge it before you buy. Because of this — and the made-to-order nature of our 3D prints — we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please check the listing carefully before ordering. Once an order has been placed, we're unable to offer a change-of-mind return or refund.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're fully covered. Email us within 30 days of delivery at evolutions3d@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Made-to-order items
3D printed pieces are made specifically for your order, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged (see above).
