Cancelling an order

Every item is shown with clear photos and a full description, so please check the listing carefully before ordering. Our made-to-order 3D prints are produced specifically for you and can't be cancelled or returned for change of mind once an order is placed (unless they arrive faulty — see below).

Sealed trading card products are covered by the standard 14-day online cancellation right. To use it, email us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within 14 days unopened and in its original sealed condition, with return postage at your own cost. Once it reaches us back in resaleable condition, we'll refund the item price within 14 days. Items that have been opened or used, or are no longer in resaleable condition, aren't eligible.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're fully covered. Email us within 30 days of delivery at evolutions3d@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Made-to-order items

3D printed pieces are made specifically for your order, so they can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged (see above).
